Arbortech AS170 Brick and Mortar Saw*

The AS170 Brick and Mortar Saw uses a unique patented orbital cutting motion with two forward facing blades that combine to perform both a hammering and cutting action. The AS170 Brick and Mortar Saw allows for clear visibility and the ability to cut square, cut deep, cut dry and cut safe with no flydust. The AS170 offers extreme levels of precision, accuracy and control allowing the tool to be used for a wide range of applications, including heritage masonry work and crack stitching.

SELECTED ARBORTECH BLADES AND ACCESSORIES
Accessory Description
Arbortech general purpose blade.jpg General Purpose Blades use Tungsten Carbide teeth and are suited for working general masonry and "in the ground" cutting. General Purpose blades are designed to cut to a depth of 115mm.
Arbortech plunge blade.jpg Plunge Blades use Tungsten Carbide teeth and have a maximum cutting depth of 120mm. Mortar plunge blades can cut slots of 75mm in length.
Arbortech tuckpointing blade.jpg Tuckpointing Blades are used for removing the mortar between the bricks in restoration work. Maximum cutting depth of 35mm.
Arbortech switch box blade.jpg Switch Box Blades use Tungsten Carbide teeth and have a maximum cutting depth of 120mm. Suitable for installing small electrical switch boxes into plaster, brick/ masonry walls.
