High performance pure epoxy anchoring mortar

EpoxyPlus TE2 is a high performance, non-shrink, pure epoxy resin that is ideal for bonding metal components into masonry, concrete and rock. It is supplied in a two part, nozzle-mixed cartridge format for consistent quality and easy use.

EpoxyPlus TE2 has been formulated to provide superior bonding security and good working time even in warm conditions. EpoxyPlus TE2 is a low slump, thixotropic resin and is suitable for horizontal and vertical injection.

Installation into solid masonry and concrete

    Installation into solid substrates.jpg
  • Drill a clearnce hole into the subsrate to the correct diameter and depth.

  • Clean the hole of spoil and dust using an airjet or brush.

  • Inject EpoxyPlus TE2 to the back of the hole.

  • Immediately insert fixing with a twisting motion.

  • Leave to cure.

  • Attach fixture and tighten nut.

  • Drill a clearnce hole into the subsrate to the correct diameter and depth.

  • Insert a perforated sleeve into the hole.

  • Completely fill the sleeve with EpoxyPlus TE2.

  • Slowly insert fixing with a twisting motion.

  • Leave to cure then attach fixture and tighten nut.
